This is the second time I've been let down by Irish parcels,
We were expecting our families presents to be delivered in Belgium either last Friday or Monday,
It is now Wednesday and it's last record was an audit in a van in a completely different city.
I have contacted Irish parcels and had a lame reply yesterday I have emailed them this morning and I am still waiting for a response.
My daughter and grandkids are going to be disappointed if this isn't delivered.
