This was my first time to use Irish Parcels as a private customer and I am happy with the service I received.
Bonus for me was the collection from my door on the requested day , and the pleasant attitude of the staff I dealt with.
They could have highlighted better that you had to print off two copies of the address label: I printed one off to stick on the parcel, but was under the impression they were going to email me a copy of that to hand to the collection driver. However he sorted that out.
