Package not collected multiple times. Package was in clear view on doorstep form Thursday until the following Tuesday when I had to use an alternative company. I asked why it wasnt picked up and apparently the driver said the "contact not available". My number was on the order and there were 4 people in the house. Other company picked it up exactly when they said.
