was trying to send a tv to the UK. I didn't have the box and tried to wrap it in bubble wrap and half a box. When the man came to pick up the TV ( on time and were very nice), he imediately said that it will get damaged. They didn't take the TV but explained nicely why, but the man was right it would have gotten damaged. Afterwards, their support imediately contacted me and gave me some options ( best support ever and I know cause I work in support, they were kind and offering real options). They allowed me time to get a real box and send it again afterwords. Cudos to the whole team.
