Parcel was collected on time , tracking information was exact. Parcel delivered at the beginning of the delivery time window not the end. All signed for and constant updates on parcel progress via email. All in all a very swift safe and not as expensive as I thought , was quite surprised by cost for a heavy 30kg piece of flight cased equipment.
