Avoid. The company pretends to be UK based by their website name and logo, but is not.
The item I received was a flatware mat and not the medium pile rug that I ordered. I had to return it to Switzerland at a high cost and they have refused to reimburse me for the postage despite it being their fault it had to be returned, and so far I have not received the purchase price back either.
This company clearly sets out to deceive buyers re its location and its products.
