Communication between Isle able and somewhere at Prospect place was poor. You said we had 7 guest coming to them so they bought food for 7. Which cost me way more in groceries. Also I sent you a list of optional foods we may like and you told them that is what we wanted prepared so they bought more food. You told me I would meet with the chef, talk about menu,then pay them cash to shop, and that didn’t happen. They shopped before I got there. I spent $2,200 for 3 adults for 1 week in food due to your error in communication with them. I would never book through you again or refer. My stay was ruined.
