Very organised and informative for the entire process. The concierge were extremely helpful and accommodating. The only issue we faced was with being met at the airport for our shuttle we had organised. This was very disappointing as no one was there and we couldn’t find them. I had to send emails and call to find out what was happening and this was a service we paid for so we wouldn’t do that again
