Went to the Westfield city branch because my phone won’t charge. Was told it required a change of charging port for £49. Left the phone with them and was told the very next morning that they tried everything including changing the battery but it won’t work. The phone is good as dead but they are willing to sell me a iPhone 8 for 180 😂. Took my phone down the road to a phone repair kiosk and the guy changed the battery. I’m now typing this review with my working phone.
I gave them an extra star because they didn’t charge me.
