Their fees are unbelievably high
Their fees are unbelievably high. They mention fees in their description but not how high the tariffs etc. are. I have ordered from other sites that handle these. As a result, returning an item will basically cost the same as the item itself (over $150). This is crazy, and they were not responsive or amenable to help. Just awful.
