“The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.
For almost two months, I’ve been waiting for a refund for a returned Versace jeans that Italist already received more than a month ago. Despite this, their customer service keeps sending me the exact same copy-paste response, claiming they are still waiting for the boutique to confirm receipt. This is simply untrue, and I’ve been going in circles with no resolution.
This behavior is unacceptable. Legal action has already been initiated with my bank and the BBB.
Avoid Italist at all costs — do not buy from this website.”

Their fees are unbelievably high. They mention fees in their description but not how high the tariffs etc. are. I have ordered from other sites that handle these. As a result, returning an item will basically cost the same as the item itself (over $150). This is crazy, and they were not responsive or amenable to help. Just awful.”
“Before I ordered, I specifically sent a mail to check if the items are sold DDP and if I had to pay duties in Nigeria, customer service replied and said all prices included duties with no extra charges.
Only for the items to arrive Nigeria and DHL asked me to pay 30% extra for customs!!!
I have no problem paying, but why did Italist lie and give misleading information????
Stated even on their site that all taxes and customs are included and there are no hidden cost!!!!
