The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. For almost two months, I’ve been waiting for a refund for a returned Versace jeans that Italist already received more than a month ago. Despite this, their customer service keeps sending me the exact same copy-paste response, claiming they are still waiting for the boutique to confirm receipt. This is simply untrue, and I’ve been going in circles with no resolution. This behavior is unacceptable. Legal action has already been initiated with my bank and the BBB. Avoid Italist at all costs — do not buy from this website.
