Agree with all the reviews about unprofessional and non existent customer service. Have ordered very expensive lengha last week with 3 day dispatch, never received my product or any shipping or tracking details. Emailed them and never hear back. My first and last time purchase with this business. Living in US, call time coordination in impossible for me. I have never experienced such bad customer service, will have to get my payment company to deal with them if I don't get any response from them. My first and last time purchase with this business.
