When your store does not have a product, I then go online to order it. I did that on my last order and I was charged shipping. Shipping to store. What are you thinking? If you don’t have it at your store why am I being penalized by paying shipping to order it online? You will lose my online business. I have tried very hard to continue to shop at JCPenney throughout this pandemic, but if you’re going to charge shipping to store I will go to a different merchandiser. I was very disappointed by your change. My sales woman, Melissa, at customer service in the back of the store was very nice. She was the only good thing about this transaction.However, JCP this new move is not very customer friendly.
