Linda C. Associate# 0675 @ Store 2920 Helped me with my return. I was so happy that she was able to help me with my coupon. I had an online order I wanted to exchange in store. She was so nice. JCPenney needs to recognize her as an excellent employee.

I recently went to jcpenney to get some undergarments. I had a little bit of trouble determining my size but luckily there was this very kind woman who helped me the whole way there. She made sure I was satisfied and even went as far as helping me the whole shopping experience. Thank you Emma.

I have a lot of issues with JCP. I will explain my top 2. 1. I did not receive an item ordered and in order to get a refund or credit for my item. I was told indeed to make a police report, are you kidding me??? The police would not come out for a missing package from my porch. They are actually out fighting serious crimes, like murders, drugs, kidnapping and such. They don’t have the time or the means to make a report about a missing package. 2. I went to the store to return two pair of shoes (that I did receive). I have my receipt in had of a total refund of $177.16, however I only received a partial refund of $88.58. I was told it takes up to 10 days to get a full refund. Ummm excuse me???? You took ALL my money out the second a push purchase. You took both pair of boots back at the same time and now they are telling me becoase they were two different items I have to wait to get the other part of my refund. I ordered both pair at the same time and received them banded together at the same time. Why do I have to wait for my total refund? I’m done with JCP and they wonder why stores are closing. Keeping customers money to make money should be illegal. My card it getting cut up and I’m completely done they JCP and would NEVER recommend ANYONE to shop there.

I ordered online and the garments did not fit. An $8.00 return fee is outrageous. I haven't paid a return fee from any company I've dealt with. The nearest store is 40 minutes away. This is not the JCPenney I remember and I will not be doing business with them again. From what I read, it is on its last legs. So sorry I took the chance. Should have gone to Boscov's in the first place. Lesson learned.

First and foremost i never been to JC Penney to shop and my experience was awesome. I know about customer service and I never received such care as today, this lady Rosie had help us Big time she went above and beyond caring, she loves her job. I could tell the difference between a employee that is just working for a pay check and a employee that loves what they do.. She stop what she was doing and helped us all the way until we left. She took good care of us

I bought a mattress on my JC Penney card they dropped my credit limit which hurt my credit score. I took a ring in for repair after 3 weeks (with the lifetime service plan) they called to get more information off the plan which I had with me at the time I dropped it off. I am not 8 days later so they have had over 4 weeks and still no communication on my ring. I called a couple days ago and the rep said she would have the jewelry manager call me back... no call back. I don't know why I deal with this store.

First of all I like to recognize one of your employees in the jewelry department his name is Randy the store he works at is located at alamance crossing Burlington North Carolina. I had a piece of Jewelry that needed to be serviced and I have a lifetime replacement care package he made sure that my size was corrected for my ring and that it would be cleaned and serviced he went way out and beyond his duty thank you so much Randy. I purchased a sapphire necklace I wore it one day and it fell apart and it tarnish. I went to return it a the sale person instead of apologizing she States u can't shower in it I can't believe my ears I am not a child I don't shower in jewelry. And she thinks over night I tarnish it and bring it back. The only thing is tarnish is the customer service I received. When I picked it up from the employee who acted like it was her store. Question me if someone one called me . Why esle would I come to pick up an . Then she States oh really. What is wrong with this lady? Don't know where they found her but she needs to go back until she gets some common sense and some customers service. I see why the rating is so low. I will not be returning to this store in Cedar Hill Texas any more!

Being a credit card user customer for almost a year never missing a payment and always paying two days ahead of due date they decided to lower my credit limit (very small limit) just because. Paid it off and closed the account.

I had a terrible experience shopping on-line with JC Penny. I bought $50 worth of clothing and within 1-2 minutes I decided I did not want it and tried to cancel it. JC Penny's on-line system would not allow me to cancel it. On the screen was the message: "We're sorry, it looks like we can't cancel your item(s). If you need further assistance, please call us at 1-800-322-1189." The telephone line was closed for the evening so I called the next day. The representative said that the order could not be cancelled. She said that the customer can cancel an order within 30 minutes of checking out online. However, I tried to cancel it within 1-2 minutes and wasn't able to. Returns must be made in-person or by UPS and the customer has to pay for return shipping.

I visited the hair salon just recently and sat with Teresa one of their stylists. It’s hard to find someone who knows what they’re doing. Most stylists don’t what to take the time to talk about your needs. I needed a perm and Teresa’s attention to detail was exceptional. So anyone out there who is thinking about getting a perm and doesn’t know where to start, have a conversation with Teresa and you’ll be happy with your choice. Good luck! Thanks Teresa 🩷

You have a super manager in your pickup dept La Juana . She’s so friendly- remembers your name -always friendly greeting to our family. Always ask how my husband is too ! We are older couple & its appreciated to have her bein so helpful & sweet She works at J c Pennys store at memorial city mall 300 memorial city way Houston. I am never going there again. I was shopping with my friends in the makeup section and the workers following us around thinking we were going to steal something. We were looking at a Sabrina Carpenter perfume and they took it from us. Then they came up to one of my friends and asked to check their bags because they thought she stole something. I thought this was ridiculous because the only bag she had was a JCPenney bag. She had literally just bought the item in the bag and they thought she stole. Then we were looking at the elf section and they were right up in one of my friend's faces and we're trying to look in her bags. They called more people for backup and we just felt really uncomfortable. Customer service here is horrible. Then one of the parents confronted the workers and they said they were just trying to help us but they were trying to look at all of our bags. I don't recommend shopping here and I will never go back.

I just received my statement and I am being charged $1.99 for a statement? This is a first for me no other companies charge for statements. I will not be using my jc penny credit card and may no longer shop in your store.

Well if you have a jc penny credit card they will increase your credit line without your permission and if you don't use your card for anything they will decrease your balance and it will effect your credit score many points I would have came out better by never getting a card from them or just canceling it if I had known that they could drop my score over 20 points I would have. Just warning everyone about how they do their customers who don't charge things often. This way of doing business should be against the law.
