The WARRANTY is supposed to be a LIFETIME WARRANTY, and my LIFE is not over, but my policy is. I called at the g=beginning of this week and I was told that the watch should arrive at the store on Thursday Feb 05. Never did. Today I called and another representative told me that the watch was returned to the warehouse for whatever reason and I never received any information. They have the same watch at the store. “I paid the TOTAL balance of my credit card in November, not statement balance, TOTAL balance. Then received a bill for over $100 for interest. When I called about it, I was told the interest is not included. Im still receiving bills for more interest. Which i will never give JCP another penny. I am done going in there I have other credit cards I can use anywhere and their prices a bit too high today I visited the Victorville Ca store to return a purse I gifted my daughter for her birthday which zipper broke the employee wasn’t very polite and three of the employees were making fun of a Spanish speaking customer that apparently was disputing a charge and he was told he could do that through a cell phone which he told them he didn’t even own one they talked to each other and made a comment that he should buy one and resolve the issue himself so no not anymore business with them.”

I was told they now only size watches if you buy a “Plan of Care.” That’s ridiculous—sizing used to be included with any watch purchase. I left and paid a jeweler to size it instead. This will be my last purchase from JCPenney.”
