Bought mattress at Albuquerque store. Sales lady stated delivery would call us in about 5 weeks to set a time for delivery and they would pick up old mattress. In June 2021 delivery sent automated msg stating time they would deliver. We had to call them about picking up
Old mattress. They said they could not pick up old mattress. We cancelled the delivery & finally cancelled order completely. We went to store which no longer even has a customer service department....thing of the past. JC PENNY customer service and being helpful to customer .....sucks.
