My order of 5 items arrived with only 1 of my items. The others were someone else's. When I called and explained it was a mixed order but packing slip had all my items listed. They want me to wait to see if an another package arrives. I told them every package would have a separate UPS number and if it was a split order all the items would not be listed. They would not tell me how to return the items that are not mine. The customer rep and the supervisor acted like they didn't want to help. I work in a clothing distribution center. I know how it works. Every time I said something it was correct and they agreed. But company policy is you have to wait....just in case the impossible happens.
