Growing up in a small town my mom would order clothes through the Penney's catalogue, so I always liked the store even though orders back then took about a week and a half to arrive. I placed my online order 8/3/2021 estimated arrival date was 8/12/2021. With covid I allowed them more time before contacting customer support. On 8/24/2021 I sent an email asking if they knew what is going on with my order that I was never able to track. They responded with what information was needed to assist me and help track my order. So I emailed that information and haven't heard back. Here it's 8/29/2021 I know one thing for sure, I will never place an online order through JCPenney's ever again. This is ridiculous, at this point I don't even want my order I just want my money back.
