I made an order for 2 queen size electric blankets. I checked my email within 2 hours and realized the order was for 2 twin size blankets. I started a chat immediately to try and change the order and pay the difference. Told they couldn't cancel my order and sorry Sandra couldn't help me. Then I called the 800 number and spoke with Aydi and was told if I didn't cancel my order within 30 minutes of placing it, too bad. I will have to pay to return them and she was wasn't will to help me change my order. No wonder JCPenney stores are closing. Terrible customer service. I will NEVER order from them again.
