I made a purchase to be send before Christmas... the shipping address was wrong.. they shipped within 24 hrs of me placing the order. They told me the store has no way of changing the shipping address once shipped to call ups to make the change... I spoke the 5 reps after waiting on hold 40+ minutes... only for ups to tell me I cannot make the change, the store has to make the change to the shipping address... so basically the order should be sent to who knows where because Jcpenney nor UPS can make a change to shipping address once the order is shipped...
YES THIS STORE HAS GOOD DEALS BUT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHIPPING POLICY...
OH THE 4TH REP I SPOKE WITH SAID HE WAS GOING TO HELP TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS... PUT ME ON HOLD..CONNECTED ME TO UPS THEN DISAPPEARED OFF THE CALL..
