I ordered a pantsuit online as I have done many times before. I did need it for Christmas. On 12/20/21 the package arrived. It was not a pantsuit however. It was a turquoise bra. It was labeled on the plastic bag as the pantsuit but there was a mistake. I called jcpenny.com customer service. They would do nothing to rectify their mistake and told me if I wanted a refund any time soon I must go to the store to return it. This is totally unacceptable for me since I ordered correctly. Needless to say I went to the store to return the bra for credit on the price of my pantsuit. I will NEVER shop with jcpenny again. They lost a good customer.
