I ordered a pair of sneakers January 4th on their website to pick up in store. When I opened the box at home, they sent the wrong shoe size. The store is blaming the online department and customer service is blaming the store. I have sent countless emails to get the issue fixed and to this day I still have the shoes at my house. They refuse to send me a ups label and I’m unable to use the return portal on their website because the item was a final sale. This is utterly frustrating to have to deal with coming from such a huge corporation.
