I ordered 2 pairs of exercise Capri and a women exercise shirt from JC Penney. I paid almost $ 4 dollars to ship to store. I tried on everything at the store before I left. Unfortunately all were to large. Had to return all. Not only did I pay the 4.00 for shipping ( TO THE STORE!) but prorated ??? almost & dollars. Wont be shopping there any more.
