I got a call not a email to say that my items needed to be picked up at the pickup window. I got there called the number they couldn't help me. I called the number on my order they told me I had to call the pickup number. I told them that that did not work. I then went in to the store they told me that that departments not working and you have to go up to customer service to get it yourself. The process took 45 minutes 2 pick up the which I did not have that kind of time frame. Please train your people on the proper procedures are you going to lose all your business.
