Picked up 3 orders today at JCP.com in Stone-crest Mall in Georgia, the customer service personnel, Princess, was no princess at all. She had no people skills, no greeting, and not even a thank you! She didn’t open the packaged items until asked with just a cut in the shipping packaging and no attempt to remove from the items from shipping package and verify order. The customer behind me , was telling me she is always unresponsive, which definitely is no excuse. If she doesn’t want to work there she should quit. She needed to take lessons from Tatianna and Ms. Nancy, those were exceptional customer service personnel. Princess should probably seek another position that doesn’t involve “custom service “.
