NEVER AGAIN...ordered 3 dresses...told me it was shipped. No details on the tracking number given. Informed JCP and was told that I had to wait 12 business days. Called again and was told that they couldn't help me that I needed to reach out to UPS. UPS Informed me that the tracking number had NO DETAILS. Called customer service AGAIN...this time I was told my order would need to be canceled. They would issue me a refund that takes 7-10 days to get. Reorder it and charge me again...this time they would expedite the shipping and would have it in 2 days...LOL Told them to cancel the order and that I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH JCP AGAIN. Just hope I can get my money back...if they don't screw that up too!!! Wish I could have given a negative 5 stars
