I ordered $87 worth of products from JCPenney online, put my new address in to be shipped there. When I paid with PayPal my old address must have kicked in. I did not know this until I received a confirmation email from JCPenney stating my order confirmation. I immediately called JCPenney‘s to try to have this issue resolved and give them my new address. They told me they were unable to change the address and could not cancel the order even though the items we’re not packed and the order had not been processed yet. They told me I needed to wait for an email saying items were shipped and then I could notify UPS to have the address changed. I never got an email saying the items were shipped so my merchandise went to the wrong address. I then got an email stating that they were delivered that’s how I know they went to the wrong address. There should never be such a big issue about an address change this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable and I will never shop at JC pennies ever again!
