I ordered a pair of joggers for my dad. He didn't receive his joggers, but instead received a pair of children's underwear. I called to notify the company. I didn't want a refund. I just wanted the pants. I was told I would have to go to a jc penneys to get a refund, so they could then charge me again and send the pants. Why should I have to do any of that when it was the company that messed up? What is so hard about sending the thing I ordered in the first place? My dad gets a pair of child's underwear Instead of the joggers I ordered him and I have to do the work to rectify the situation? If I wanted to go to the store I wouldn't have ordered them online to begin with. I won't shop there anymore. It's 100% not worth the headache
