I have no pictures to upload because I never received my online order. I called on this issue at least 7 times! I had to request a refund twice before it was entered, then I only got a partial refund for some random amount. It wasn't even the price of the merchandise less shipping, they just made an amount up. They tell you 1-3 business days before you see it, then after 3 business days when the refund isn't there, I'd call back and the second associate tells you, "I'm not sure why you were told that, it takes 5-7 business days!" I placed the order Aug 12th and still don't have the refund! I think JC Penny intentionally shorted me in hopes that I'd over look it. When I called today the supervisor said, "Your ticket was worked yesterday, you should see your refund in 5-7 business days". My next step is to dispute it with the bank. Customer Service has been reduced to placating customers to get them off the phone, lies, then apologies! I have spent so much time on this issue and when I asked for a store credit for my troubles since she was so sorry, and she said "No".
So long JC Penny! With Customer Service like this, you will soon be in the long list of retailers who have gone under.
