I placed an order on 11/7/22 and when I received my order confirmation, I was told I would receive it by 11/9/22. When I didn’t receive it by that date, I checked the status. It was then moved out to 11/14/22. I finally received part of my order on 11/16/22. After checking status of the remaining order, it said I’d receive the following day on 11/17/22. I did not receive. Order is to arrive tomorrow, 11/18/22. When I called customer service, the representative told me that it’s the holidays, it’s going to take longer. Good to know for future orders. Poor experience.
