I input my correct shipping address on the website when I ordered my item, but I paid with PayPal, so JC Penny changed my shipping address to the PayPal address (which was not my current address and all the way across the country from where I live).
When I found out what I happened, I called them immediately and they refused to do anything to help, even though it was their fault the whole thing happened. The customer service reps were extremely rude and kept telling me to call UPS to change the address. When I called UPS, they said JC Penny has to change the address. When I told the customer service rep this, they refused to believe it and told me to change it at UPS even though it doesn't work. It was like talking to a brick wall made of stupidity.
Never shop here unless you want to lose your money since they don't care about customers at all.
