I ordered a bedspread on JCPenny.com. Estimated delivery : 4/2. On 4/7, I tried to cancel my order because it was taking so long, I will buy elsewhere. JCP online can't help with that and my local store in Harrisburg, PA will not cancel my order. Keep in mind, this item is already showing on my bill.
I guess I will wait until the store finally sends it, then run over to pick it up and return it while I'm there.
Hmmmm... maybe I'll close my JCP account while I'm there. I don't need the hassle when there are plenty of other stores to deal with.
