HOW CAN IT BE OUT FOR DELIVERY TWO DAYS AGO AND NOW IT SAY ITS ON ITS WAY. SOMETHING ITS NOT RIGHT. UPS OR JC PENNY ARE NOT DOING THERE JOB RIGHT.
