Since November 2023 having a problem and still getting billed I n late charges.
Spoke to Synchro my for jC Penny & said all charges were cancelleded & not to worry I am still getting billed from you.
I returned a purchase & was double charged & getting bills for late charges. This is annoying & never had a situation like this with any other store. I am getting discussed with this situation. Someone speak to the bank & see that I have no outstanding chargers. I also cancelled by JC Penny credit card because of this situation. Will never shop in your store
