This is the 2nd time in a couple of months I ordered on line, and received the WRONG item. Now, once again, I am expected to travel to the store to return the item I didn't order!!! I ordered on line, because the store nearest to me closed, so in the heat of the day, (because you don't open until 11), I get to travel to get my money back for something I didn't order. Oh, I DO have the option to PAY, to return, by mail, the WRONG ITEM!!! And, I still don't have the item I want. THIS IS THE LAST TIME!!!! NO MORE!!!
I am totally furious, and to add insult to injury, I tried to call your help line, only to wait on hold for an extended length of time.
