I witnessed horrible customer service while in your store. There was an elderly man in front of me trying to get a refund. He brought in a pair of sandals. The associate would not give him a refund. He was refused the refund because they said he did not have the box for the sandals. He was clearly frustrated and told the associate that he was sold the sandals without a box. He even had the receipt along with the sandals. If this is the way you treat your customers, I don't plan on returning to your store ever again. I will also tell my family and friends what I experienced. It was a cruel thing you did to the poor elderly man. I am in total disgust with your store.
