First off I'm a loyal JC Penney shopper, store employees are amazing. Products are high quality an reasonable priced. For customer service that's another story. I ordered a men's big an tall shirt size large an I received a boys size medium shirt. I understand mistakes happen but when I call customer service they told me I ordered a boys med shirt. They would not admit it was there mistake they told me I ordered the boys size medium. Not the case, an then they told me without an email address they will not take the shirt back. Beware of ordering on the phone with customer service they don't pay attention to what you order
