I placed an order online and paid extra to have the order quick shipped as I live an hour from the closest store and needed the item for an upcoming trip. When I received the item it still had the security tag on it! So I had to end up driving to the store anyway. When I contacted customer service they just said so sorry for the inconvenience and they would make a note of it! No offer for reimbursement! I’ll think twice before I ever purchase from them again. Not happy!
