Placed an order for bath towels and wash clothes. Received 4 incorrect wash cloths, called 2 times, spoke with 3 different people and for some reason no one could get the return correct. First agent sent me a label to return 9 of the 12 items I ordered with a refund of $31, second agent sent me a label to return 6 of the 13 items with a refund of $16, third agent sent me a label to return 4 of the 12 but it was the wrong 4 items with a refund of $16. After explaining multiple times that I received 4 incorrect wash clothes and wanted to return them the agent still couldn't get the label correct so I just said I'll keep them and donate them to someone and NEVER order from JCPenney again cause it's not that difficult to make the distinction between a wash cloth and bath towel. I also completed the survey and left my dismay on that as well. How can a company promote good customer service when you have agents that don't understand and state it multiple times during the calls.
