i have now been waiting for someone in customer services escalation department to call me TWO WEEKS.. I placed an order (my account for over 20yrs) and shipped it to my nephew in FLA.. the billed to changed to his name and address.. the credit card phone number and the email was in my name.. THESE IDIOTS refused to speak to me because they said the billed to and ship to is him.. i asked who is the credit card and email attached to???? my problem, could this company be trusted with customers information.. anyone could purchase anything have it shipped anywhere and the customer wouldnt know until seeing an email or a credit card statement.. I WANT A TELEPHONE CALL FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION...
