Visited the Roanoke, VA store. My favorite. Ddisplay had lovely women pajamas. They didn't have my size. As I was walking away Denise (Manager) was walking but greeted me. Ask how I was doing, did I need assistance. I explained how I loved the pajamas. They didn't have my size. She mentioned they could order. She looked up item on our walk to cashier. Avery the cashier was awesome. I used coupon. Didn't have my Penny's card on hand. Avery too care of me. Also like to shout out Robert for his knowledge of the system which was being complicated that day. Walk out a happy customer receiving great customer service.
