Soo my payment was due on a Sunday, I paid through my bank on a Wednesday, JCP said they received the payment on Monday a day late so they charged me $32 late fee, I called to dispute and they wanted me to send them a letter from my bank saying when they sent the payment. That is too much work for a customer to have to provide, you would think for a customer that has never been late with a payment,the fee would of been removed.
