Recently purchased a ring and when sending it out to be sized was told no later than2 weeks. When I stopped out to check on the status 16 days later. Found out the rind was never sent out when they said they would and now telling me 4-6 weeks. Sizing company stated they would put a rush but Penney’s now says that rush is an additional 7-10 days. When asked what would make me happy I told them to contact the company and have them size the ring and overnight it. They refused and cancelled the sale. THIS IS WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY OFFER. Salesman that sold me the ring was even at the service desk and verified that he told me 2 weeks and that is what he was told to tell customers. they lie to make sales. Will never set foot in another Penney’s again.
