The JC Penney online store has many good options and prices. In store is another story. Very limited options, very few helpful employees, hardly any fitting rooms or registers. I wanted to pay for an item. Walked to where I knew there was a register, closed. Went to another and was directed to the second floor children's department. At that point I was tired of searching the store and dropped it on the c counter and left. The stores blame online shopping for poor in store shopping but why would you go to the mall and have to hike the entire store just to pay for your purchase?
