My online order was so messed up.Wrong color, wrong size, wrong everything.Wasnt even the items I ordered. Needless to say I still had to go to nearest store for returning.How can a order be so wrong? Jeans were wrong color , style I order 18 get 12short .I order a sweater size large get small in a cheap looking tee.Also on the charge back postage isn't taken off? A extra 9.00.Thats so wrong. I order online for convenience it wasn't convenient to still travel to store.ugh.Evidently I receive someone else order. I don't think I will be online ordering again. I love Penny's but the online service needs improvement.
