I wish I could give a negative number, or a zero at the very least. On Dec 2, 2024, I ordered what I thought was a good deal: 4-pack Stafford undershirts for $12.99. I ordered 3, which was $49.96 with tax and shipping. Received my package on 12/8 and it was wrong. Some ugly, large chocolate colored shirt. Contacted customer service, got a shipping label. Took the ugly shirt I didn't order and dropped it off at the UPS store. Received an email that I was going to get a refund for $13.67. What? I paid $50 and didn't get what I ordered. Contacted CS again. Said to wait. Received an email today and said I am getting $13.67. Contacted CS again today, 12/11. No help. Said they only received one item back. I sent back whatever was in that bag that was sent to me. They said I had to open a case. This order from a week and a half ago has caused so many headaches, time, gas, and effort plus they took my money. I will NEVER shop there again.
