I went up there to ask information about my ring to be clean. I had a warranty on it. The lady stated clearly like they were busy. It wasn’t a good time for them to clean the ring when I looked around only one person in JCPenney so I quietly said to her what is the best time she turned her head and looked around and didn’t respond at all I’m saying is where the customer service is lacking now is it that inflation people are not getting paid enough money to do their job anymore? I’m just asking.
