Horrible customer service, I ordered pants for my son, they arrived with the security ink tag still on them , I called the customer service number he said I would have to drive them a half hour from my house to the store to have it removed, I told him I ordered them so I don't have to go to the store, he then said he can send me a return label to send it back and then reorder and I wouldn't have the pants I already paid for for about 2 weeks, I told him that is unacceptable it's not my mistake why should I have to drive anywhere or wait at all, just send me a new pair, he said he was ending the call and hung up on me, that's the last time I will deal with JCPenney, just another big box store that's needs to be run out of business, it's a good thing Amazon has good customer service because that's all that's going to be left soon
