I am never going there again. I was shopping with my friends in the makeup section and the workers following us around thinking we were going to steal something. We were looking at a Sabrina Carpenter perfume and they took it from us. Then they came up to one of my friends and asked to check their bags because they thought she stole something. I thought this was ridiculous because the only bag she had was a JCPenney bag. She had literally just bought the item in the bag and they thought she stole. Then we were looking at the elf section and they were right up in one of my friend's faces and we're trying to look in her bags. They called more people for backup and we just felt really uncomfortable. Customer service here is horrible. Then one of the parents confronted the workers and they said they were just trying to help us but they were trying to look at all of our bags. I don't recommend shopping here and I will never go back.
