I purchased a sapphire necklace I wore it one day and it fell apart and it tarnish. I went to return it a the sale person instead of apologizing she States u can't shower in it I can't believe my ears I am not a child I don't shower in jewelry. And she thinks over night I tarnish it and bring it back. The only thing is tarnish is the customer service I received. When I picked it up from the employee who acted like it was her store. Question me if someone one called me . Why esle would I come to pick up an . Then she States oh really. What is wrong with this lady? Don't know where they found her but she needs to go back until she gets some common sense and some customers service. I see why the rating is so low. I will not be returning to this store in Cedar Hill Texas any more!
